Embark on a culinary adventure in this hands-on pasta-making class with Chef Samuel of Crooked Spoon Co. You will craft pasta from scratch, using premium local ingredients - including eggs and vegetables grown steps away by Wanderwood!
If making your own pasta works up your appetite, we encourage you to stay after class and join us for dinner!
If you’d like to attend only the pasta making class, please purchase the lower price ticket. If you’d like to attend both pasta making and dinner, please purchase a Pasta Making AND Dinner ticket.
Interested in only attending the dinner? That’s an option, too! Please click here for dinner only tickets.
About Crooked Spoon Co:
Crooked Spoon Co is a two-person culinary team of Chef Samuel Emery and partner-turned-sous-chef Chloe Chalakani. A native of St. George Maine, Chef Samuel spent his early years learning pasta techniques under Chef Melissa Kelly of Primo in Rockland. After attending the Culinary Institute of America, Samuel honed his skills in New York, Utah, DC, and Philadelphia, eventually helping to execute restaurant Osteria’s pasta offerings alongside Chef Jeff Michaud. Chef Samuel and Chloe are excited to bring their love of all things pasta back to their home in Midcoast Maine. You can find Crooked Spoon Co selling fresh pasta at the Rockland Farmer’s market on Thursdays and for delicious meals at the Waldoboro Inn on Monday nights.
