Step into the world of watercolor with artist and illustrator Claire Loon Baldwin. In this watercolor class series, Claire offers relaxing, farm-inspired watercolor painting sessions. We will meet in Wanderwood’s beautifully updated historic barn, surrounded by fields of flowers and heirloom fruits and vegetables. This class runs from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. and will include light refreshment in addition to painting instruction.

This class is dedicated to painting spring bouquets. Participants will work with stunning local flowers, painting directly from life, and will take their bouquet home to enjoy alongside their artwork.

All materials to use during class will be provided.

Whether you’re a beginner seeking stress-free, approachable guidance or an experienced artist looking to expand your skills, these classes provide opportunities to grow.

More about the artist:

Claire Loon Baldwin is a natural science illustrator and designer based in Maine, specializing in watercolor botanicals and wild foods. Claire's art is informed by her experience working in state and national parks across the US. In 2018, Claire created Grand Canyon National Park's centennial poster series, and since then, she's continued to create environmentally-oriented art with prominent clients including DK Publishing and Penguin Random House, Down East Magazine, and the Boston Globe.
